The objective of the Women Development Cell (WDC) is to promote gender equality and create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for women on campus. It aims to empower female students and staff by organizing awareness programs, workshops, and seminars on women's rights, health, safety, and professional development. The cell also serves as a platform to address grievances related to gender discrimination or harassment, fostering confidence and leadership among women while encouraging their active participation in academic and co-curricular activities.
