In a commendable move to create a safer and more inclusive campus environment, the Anti-Ragging Committee of Ambedkar College of Arts & Science organized an Anti-Ragging Awareness Programme on September 4, 2024. The event, held in the college seminar hall, aimed to educate final-year undergraduate students about the detrimental effects of ragging and the critical need for a respectful campus culture. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Shabir Ibrahim, Sub Judge and Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) in Manjeri. The session was led by Adv. Swapna S, whose address was both insightful and impactful.
